To get 25 marks and above in merchantile law,you have to follow these steps:
First Step:
First of all you have to complete following topics to get 25 marks.
1)Indian Contract Act:
First complete the 1-5 chapters perfectly.Read them carefully and understand the each topic throughly.After that mark the important points,which will easy to find before exams.Try to do the bits,which is in the icai chapter book.
2)Partnership Act:
Actually our second topic is sale of goods act but it is complicated &confusing when compared to Partnership Act.
It is easy to complete because of as earlier we already studied in the Accounts.
Read the whole Act,that mean complete 4units,because it is very easy to understand.Mainly focus on how to understand the topics.unless you understand the topic you cannot get the marks.
3)Sale of Goods Act:
Actually most of the cpt students ignore to study sale of goods act. The main reason is "The student can't understand the topics perfectly" Unless there is proper guidance
First study the introduction of the act,&Study 2nd unit &3rdunit topic wise.Like this you will get a grip on this,mostly in exam marks come from these two chapters.
NOTE: BY STUDING THESE CHAPTERS,YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET 20-30 MARKS.
